Acupuncture treatment can be extremely effective at restoring you to balance, enhancing your wellbeing and improving your overall health, by getting to the root of your problems, and not just your symptoms. It can be a wonderful way to help maintain your body's equilibrium by regulating the flow of your body's vital energy, known as 'qi'. For many lifestyle and environmental reasons this can become disturbed, depleted or blocked, which can result in symptoms of physical, mental or emotional pain and illness.
Holistic massage is a very individualised form of massage treatment, which can relax tight muscles, improve circulation, nervous function and joint mobility, and also reduce stress, soothe the busy mind, and enhance your self esteem. By using sensitivity, awareness and quality of touch, your holistic massage should be a soothing and healing experience.
